JFAP has passed pressure pipe safety registering test implemented by National Quality Inspection Bureau. JFAP has been certified and titled by both National Register of shipping and Lioyd′s Register of shopping in UK with ISO9001: 2000 quality system. JFAP has also taken out the insurance against the product quality risk of gas pipe and fittings through China Pacific Insurance Co., Ltd.

Quality Guarantee and Advanced Test Equipment
QA and QC in JFAP is implemented strictly according to the requirements and rules in ISO9001:2000. Our laboratory is equipped with many advanced test equipment. Tensile test machines are computer controlled. Other test facilities include Melting Flow Rate meter, Oxidation Inducement Time tester ( DSC, imported), Dropping Hammer Impact tester, Stiffness tester, Softening temperature tester, etc. This enables us to guarantee only high quality PE materials can flow into production. Therefore plastic- steel mesh skeleton-plastic(PE) composite pipe and eletro-fusion fittings can meet all the requirements and specifications of CJ/T189 and GB15558.2 or GB/T 13663, as well as international standards (EN12201-2 or ISO4427).
